John’s Pork Chops are available for wholesale purchase by the case, packaged in 50 unit cases. Our pork fritters are so versatile they fit easily into any restaurant operation or food service.
Preparation is quick and easy and the sandwiches can be served in a variety of ways. Our 3.5 oz patty of lean pork sirloin is lightly breaded, battered and partially cooked. The finished product is 4.25 oz and then frozen to retain its natural flavors and tenderness. After deep frying the frozen pork fritters at 350 degrees fahrenheit for 3 to 3.5 minutes, they are ready to be garnished and served.

Cooking & Nutritional Information
Formulation: We begin with 3.25 oz of lean pork sirloin meat. It is then lightly breaded, battered and partially cooked.
Ingredient Statement: Pork, water, flour, corn meal, non-fat dry milk, salt, powdered egg.
Finished Product: A 4.5 in. in diameter breaded and partially cooked patty with a finished weight of 4.5 oz. Packaged in a 50 unit case with a case weight of 13.5 lbs.
Cooking Instructions: Deep fry at 350 degrees fahrenheit for 3 to 3.5 minutes. Fry from frozen state only.
Conventional or convection oven: Cook 350 degrees fahrenheit for approximately ten minutes or until golden brown depending on the oven.
