John's "Original" Pork Chop Sandwich

Formulation: We begin with 2.2 ounces of lean pork sirloin meat, then we lightly bread, batter and partially cook.
Ingredient Statement: Pork, Water, Flour, Corn Meal, Non-Fat Dry Milk, Salt, Powdered Egg.
Finished Product: This is a 4-inch diameter patty with a finished weight of 3 ounces. We package 50 units per case with a case wight of 10 pounds.
Cooking Instructions: Deep fry at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for approximately 2 to 2 and 1/2 minutes or until golden brown. Fry from a frozen state only. This application fits well with ala carte lines.
Convection Oven: Cook at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for approximately 10 minutes or until golden brown. This application fits best for nursing homes, hospitals, and schools without deep frying capabilities.
